 No Limit to Number of Photos 

$185 up to 2500 sf. (Minimum Charge - $185)

Each add'l 500 sq ft - $15 thereafter (fractions rounded up)

Most shoots include 2 front and back yard (4) "Birds Eye View" aerial photos using a camera mounted on a 16 foot pole. Includes whole front of building, if possible, for some condos, etc.

Additional Aerial Pole Photos - $5 each.

24-48 hr delivery (Usually 24 hrs or Sooner!!).

Please allow 90 minutes to 3 hours for the shoot depending on square footage, etc.

Includes delivery in both low & high res .jpg format for web display and printing purposes.

"Birds Eye View" Aerial Pole Photos

(4 INCLUDED with Initial Shoot) $5 per add'l

This is a great way to open up the view for any property, especially for the small back yard. A camera mounted on a 16 ft pole is used to take these pictures.

Twilight Photos

1- $125      2 -$200 

Nothing adds more beauty to an exterior real estate scene than a twilight photo.

Photoshop Re-touching and AI fees

$45 per hour

 
Travel Fees

Foothills, Evergreen, out of Greater Denver Metro $25 - $75.
Beyond these areas call for quote.

On Site Cancellation Fee $65
(upon arrival property is not in condition for photography as expected)

No charge for cancellations 24 hrs prior to shoot.
